Where is Life. Love. Cheese. Located?

Life. Love. Cheese. is a licensed and permitted food service business and caterer.  We operate  and prepare all orders out of a shared commercial kitchen in Woburn, Massachusetts that is home to multiple small food businesses. 

We are headquartered in a home office located in West Medford.

When is Life. Love. Cheese. open?

Life. Love. Cheese. does not have standard opening hours. Our schedule - based on orders, events and workshops - can be unpredictable. All orders must be placed 48 hours in advance and visits arranged by appointment only.

 

Placing Orders

How do I order a grazing board?

All grazing boards are available for online pre-orders through the Life. Love. Cheese. ordering page. All you have to do is select the board size you want, pick your options, add it to your cart, and pay. All orders must be placed 48 hours prior to the pickup or delivery day.

We currently do not take orders for our standard boards via phone or email, but please contact us with questions or to discuss bulk orders.

Can I get a vegetarian or vegan grazing board?

Life. Love. Cheese. offers a vegetarian option for all orders. When ordering, you may select a vegetarian option that does not include charcuterie. If you require cheese that don’t use an animal rennet, please contact us before ordering.

We currently don’t have any vegan options.

Can I place a bulk order?

Absolutely! Life. Love. Cheese. offers bulk orders for your next gathering or gift-giving needs. We can install custom grazing boards for sharing, create individual boxes for a socially distanced gathering, wrap up gift giving packages. We can even arrange deliveries in the Boston Metro area. Contact us to discuss details.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Life. Love. Cheese. operates out of a shared kitchen space in Woburn, MA. Although measures are taken to segregate work surfaces, the facility is not allergen-free. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss options.

Can I make a substitution?

All our boards are chef’s choice based on products and featured products available at the time of the order. Each week, the selection of products changes and we cannot accommodate special requests or substitutions on our standard grazing board orders.

Please inquire for some of the customization options available for bulk orders.

Can I cancel or reschedule an order?

Yes, with the following restrictions.

For orders less than $1000:
More than 7 days prior to pickup, delivery or event
    • Cancellations may be refunded minus a 5% processing fee.
    • Rescheduled orders receive full credit for future order. Rescheduled dates depend on availability.
Between 7 days and 24 hours prior to event of the pickup, delivery or event
    • Cancellations may be refunded minus a 15% processing fee.
    • Rescheduled orders incur a 5% processing. Rescheduled dates depend on availability.
Less than 24 hours prior to event of the pickup, delivery or event
    • Cancellations may be refunded minus a 50% processing fee.
    • Rescheduled orders incur a 30% processing. Rescheduled dates depend on availability.
For orders more than $1000:
More than 7 days prior to pickup, delivery or event
    • Cancellations may be refunded minus a 10% processing fee.
    • Rescheduled orders receive full credit for future order. Rescheduled dates depend on availability.
Between 7 days and 48 hours prior to event of the pickup, delivery or event
    • Cancellations may be refunded minus a 20% processing fee.
    • Rescheduled orders incur a 10% processing. Rescheduled dates depend on availability.
Between 48 and 24 hours prior to event of the pickup, delivery or event
    • Cancellations may be refunded minus a 50% processing fee.
    • Rescheduled orders incur a 30% processing. Rescheduled dates depend on availability.
Less than 24 hours prior to event of the pickup, delivery or event
    • No refund for cancellations.
    • Rescheduled orders incur a 50% processing. Rescheduled dates depend on availability.

We are so happy that we’ve made you happy. That’s our number one goal. If you loved your board, we would love to hear about it. There are lots of ways to show your love.

  • Send a Testimonial: We know, we know, people go to the “Contact Us” page to ask questions and sometime complain, but hey, why not head over there to send us a love letter. We love, love, love getting love letters. They make us fell all warm and tingly.
  • Tell a Friend: Life. Love. Cheese. is a growing that wants to grow up into its own little store front. We want buy a big old cheese case to sell cut cheese and charcuterie. We want retail space to offer accompaniments and other delightful cheese-related things. And most of all, we a cheese bar so we can serve you flights of cheese with drink accompaniments all while talking about our favorite thing – Life. Love. And CHEESE!

Pickups & Delivery

How do I pick up my order?

Life. Love. Cheese. grazing box orders are available for pick up in West Medford near Arlington Street and Hawthorn Street (street address provided after order confirmation) on Wednesday through Sunday from 3pm to 7pm.

Grazing Board Details

What’s on Life. Love. Cheese. Grazing Boards?

Each grazing board includes an assortment of cheeses and charcuterie alongside accompaniments like nuts, dried fruits, fruits, vegetables, and sweets. When ever possible our fruits and vegetables come from local farms and farmers markets.

Products and pairings are selected to make noshing delicious and fun, but also educational. All our grazing boards come with a menu card and a featured product highlight story. We hope you’ll find new favorites to add to your grocery list.

Our featured products highlight either a product from producers in the New England and Northeast region or a product from a women-owned or BIPOC-owned company.

How is a grazing board packaged?

Our Duo, Quattro and Gathering grazing boards are arranged on a compostable plate or tray. Party grazing boards come on a recyclable aluminum pan. Each is wrapped with compostable plastic wrap and come in either a craft paper bakery box or pizza-style box. Trays are thoughtfully arranged and may be displayed right out of the box.

Solo grazing board boxes are individually packaged and meant to be eaten right from the box. They are perfect or socially distanced gathering, lunches, meetings or picnics.

We offer a carrying bag to take your order home. Compostable utensils available on request. Boxes and bags may be omitted on request.

How should I store my grazing board?

Ideally, a Life. Love. Cheese. grazing board should be served within 24 hours. Contents may degrade after that and they should not be kept more than 5 days.

To store your grazing board overnight, keep it wrapped refrigerated until an hour before serving.

We recommend unwrapping the board an hour before serving and letting it come to room temperature. Do not hold at room temperature for more than 4 hours.

Note: we include a water absorbing packet (silica gel) inside our plastic wrapping. The packet helps maintain freshness by reducing moisture. Please discard the packet after unwrapping the grazing board.

Returns

Do you have a return policy?

Life. Love. Cheese. grazing boards are perishable, so we cannot accept any returns. If there is a problem with a grazing board, please contact us via our contact us page. Any delivery charges cannot be refunded.
